Live In progress Planned
Annual and quarterly filings (10-K, 10-Q)
Drift scoring on 10-K and 10-Q filings across 4,900+ US public companies, going back to 2010. Year-over-year quarterly pairing so distress shows up between annual reports.
Late filing detection
Automatic alerts when a company files an NT 10-K or NT 10-Q — a separate early warning signal that runs alongside the drift score.
More filing types
Expanding coverage to foreign private issuers (20-F) and material event filings (8-K: going concern disclosures, auditor changes, officer departures).
Alert customization
Score threshold controls, digest frequency options, and multi-recipient distribution for team accounts.
Earnings call transcripts
Management tone analysis on quarterly earnings calls. Often precedes changes in the written filings — a higher-frequency signal in the same language-drift framework.
Non-US markets
Extending the methodology to filings from EU, UK, and other major markets. Each jurisdiction has a different filing system, but the underlying signal — drift in disclosed risk language — is universal.
API and integration expansion
Webhook-based alerts, on-demand scoring for tickers outside the standard corpus, and deeper data access for quantitative workflows.
